About the role
- Training & Development (Primary Focus): Work with business areas and HR leadership to identify development needs and build training plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop, implement and monitor training matrices, ensuring compliance with audits and internal standards.
- Design, facilitate and evaluate training programs, workshops and capability-building activities.
- Participate in or lead corporate and global T&D initiatives, delivering outputs and taking part in meetings in English.
- Monitor T&D metrics, prepare reports and propose improvement actions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (local and global), from profile alignment to final selection.
- Oversee multiple processes simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
- Perform talent hunting, manage candidate pipelines and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process.
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, leadership development and change management.
- Collaborate on global HR and DHO projects, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution.
- Travel between company sites as required.
- Ensure standardization of programs and processes through visits and on-site follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
- Solid experience in Training & Development, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviews and behavioral assessment tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI).
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with LMS platforms (SuccessFactors, Teams, etc.).
- Experience in Project Management (leading projects and participating autonomously).
- Experience in Change Management (communication plans, stakeholder engagement, etc.).
- Advanced English required for active participation in meetings, processes and global projects.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in HR/DHO subsystems.
