About the role

  • Perform follow-up on logistics processes, Purchasing, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Warehouse, and Manufacturing
  • Conduct weekly follow-up meetings with Manufacturing and Sales to report on order status
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor production according to capacity defined in coordination with Industrial Management, updating the production schedule weekly
  • Generate, print, and control all Production Orders according to the MRP
  • Record production data and close Production Orders
  • Perform daily follow-up on shortages of components required for equipment assembly
  • Print documentation for identification of boxes and equipment in assembly and shipping
  • Update and configure parameters for new items
  • Participate in Project Kick-off Meetings (RAPs) to exchange information
  • Prepare and maintain PCP department performance indicators

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Inventory management
  • MRP or ERP
  • Advanced Excel
