About the role
- Monitor and develop a portfolio of active customers within the geographical area (Iberia + Southern France)
- Develop, support, and train a network of distributors
- Lead distributor sales teams through meetings, training sessions, product presentations, and commercial tours
- Negotiate technical and commercial conditions for customer projects, ensuring profitability for LEI Iberia
- Supervise service activities in coordination with the After‑Sales Manager
- Prepare weekly activity and results reports using Salesforce
Requirements
- Two-year technical degree (engineering competencies in electronics or mechanics considered an asset)
- 5+ years of successful experience as a technical salesperson for B2B industrial clients and distributors
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Native Spanish
- French and English workplace communication-level
