About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of medium to large-scale IT projects, including M&A acquisition integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, objectives, deliverables, risks, and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure optimal execution.
  • Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain transparent communications with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities among internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Continuously monitor and communicate project status, actively manage risks and issues, assess organizational change readiness, and ensure delivery of appropriate training and solution documentation.
  • Oversee cutover and launch activities, execute post-Go-Live support (hypercare), and conduct post-implementation audit reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for and implement project management methodologies tailored to each initiative.
  • Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to enhance future project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in IT project management, with a demonstrated record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
