About the role
- This position focuses on driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in assigned regions.
- The professional will be responsible for conducting visits to promote and sell products and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving established targets.
- Take actions to meet and exceed established targets.
- Support sales strategies in accordance with the Company's Commercial Policy and each customer's profile.
- Improve the process of customizing our customer service by assessing each customer's needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Completed technical education and/or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Additional desirable qualifications: Basic English and/or Spanish, Microsoft Office proficiency, extracurricular certifications and training, basic ERP knowledge.
- Experience: Up to 2 years as a Salesperson or Technical Consultant; demonstrate basic conceptual and practical knowledge of welding equipment and consumables.
