Accountant

• Manage the financial backbone of development projects to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellence
• Work closely with the Assistant Controller to ensure accuracy, consistency and promote effectiveness in capital reporting
• Prepare monthly construction accruals
• Code development draw invoices and receive and organize draw invoices
• Setup construction wires and manual payments
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare monthly bank reconciliations for assigned properties
• Produce monthly draw packages for review, approval and submission to lender
• Calculate, communicate and collect capital calls from equity partners
• Maintain development calendar of all deadlines for accurate and timely reporting as required
• Handle other duties as assigned
