About the role
- Review and approval/certification of proposals, test plans, and test reports from our sales and service teams for various customer projects with respect to correctness, quality, and compliance with standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop test execution plans for larger and more complex projects, ensuring safe, successful (high-quality), and efficient implementation
- Establish and maintain relationships with testing facilities by providing sound technical solutions and resolving complex test-related challenges
- Continuously monitor relevant technologies, industry standards, customer requirements, and best practices
- Develop and manage training and professional development for our technicians in cooperation with the Power Systems Training Coordinator, with clearly defined and measurable outcomes
- Overall responsibility for all materials and product testing activities of the extended team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience with hydrogen systems and/or pressure vessels
- Experience preparing technical specifications, requirements catalogs (Statements of Requirements), and other technical documentation
- Experience integrating hydrogen systems into mobile and/or stationary applications
- Experience working with software packages such as Simulink, MATLAB, National Instruments LabVIEW, CAD design software, engine control/calibration software, and MS Office applications
