About the role

  • Responsible for overall disposition of materials and products (inventory planning, demand analysis, schedule monitoring)
  • Control and optimization of intralogistics processes (goods receipt, warehouse management, order picking, shipping)
  • Ensure an efficient material flow organization within the company
  • Plan and coordinate transports and liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers
  • Implement and further develop logistics strategies and systems (e.g., ERP/WMS)
  • Analyze key performance indicators and derive measures for process optimization
  • Lead and develop the logistics team (staff in planning/dispatch and warehouse)
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards in the logistics area

Requirements

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in planning/dispatch and intralogistics, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing company
  • Solid knowledge of material flow control, warehouse management, and transport logistics
  • Experience working with ERP systems and warehouse management systems
  • Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and assertiveness
  • Leadership experience as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
