• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring process. *
• Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting through thoughtful assessment of qualifications and role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates. *
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to facilitate effective recruitment outcomes and positive working relationships. *
• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. *
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality, efficiency, and responsiveness under changing priorities. *
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction activities to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline. *
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. *
