Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring process. *
- Screen applications and support candidate shortlisting through thoughtful assessment of qualifications and role requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updates. *
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to facilitate effective recruitment outcomes and positive working relationships. *
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. *
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality, efficiency, and responsiveness under changing priorities. *
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction activities to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline. *
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. *
Requirements
What you’ll need- *· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred). *
- *· 1 –3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.*
- *· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferred)*
- *· Strong organizational and administrative skills.*
- *· Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.*
- *· Positive candidate and hiring manager experience.*
- *· Accurate recruitment records and reporting.*
- *· Strong English and Arabic communication skills.*
