About the role
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial proformas, forecasts, and budgets
- Support budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost monitoring
- Conduct general financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist during internal and external audits, including documentation and data preparation
- Track, analyze, and report on financial and operational KPIs
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Maintain financial data, models, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a finance or analyst role (internship experience considered)
- Strong understanding of: Financial proformas
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial statements and analysis
- Audits and compliance basics
- KPI tracking and performance analysis
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial modeling)
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills.
