About the role

  • Own and oversee end-to-end daily operations across CASM and SASM divisions.
  • Drive consistent, scalable, and compliant operational processes across global and U.S. service lines.
  • Partner closely with the COO and leading partner to align operational execution with strategic priorities.
  • Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Directly manage and develop 3–5 Senior Operations Managers.
  • Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture focused on execution, service quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and succession planning for operational leadership.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with recruiting, HR, finance, compliance, and client services teams.
  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex operational or client-related issues.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to retain clients through proactive communication, operational reliability, and trust-based relationships.
  • Leverage technology, data, and reporting to drive operational efficiency and visibility.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to support rapid growth and operational scale.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new client onboarding, service expansions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with leadership on systems optimization, automation, and performance metrics.
  • Operate with urgency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when required.
  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities, client needs, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Vice President of Operations role within a remote staffing, workforce solutions, or professional services organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-division or multi-service operations.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client and internal team relationships.
  • Strong technical and operational acumen, including systems, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
  • Preferred Healthcare, clinical services, or HR consulting/staffing experience.
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams supporting U.S.-based clients.
  • Background in scaling operations within a growing or entrepreneurial organization.
