About the role

  • You develop new brands — from concept through to launch.
  • You create product, market, and competitor analyses, evaluate them, and derive actionable measures.
  • You develop brand strategies, business cases, and project plans.
  • You support pricing negotiations and brand-related discussions with retail partners.
  • You manage internal brand building — from product development to marketing.
  • You work closely with our creators and are responsible for regular coordination.
  • You accompany market entry and lay the foundation for long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in business development, brand development, or innovation management.
  • Strategic thinking
  • Structured working style
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Strong intuition for brands, trends, and target audiences
  • Experience building new products or brands
  • Solution-oriented, hands-on, and open to exploring new approaches
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
