You manage the entire sales cycle—from identifying strategic leads to handling and submitting tender responses, preparing for and following up on meetings, conducting meetings with prospective clients, and closing contracts successfully.
You build and maintain sustainable relationships with B2B clients.
Close collaboration with the CSO, CEO and sales teams in our European subsidiaries to win international clients and successfully handle tenders.
You act as the central interface to internal areas such as Onboarding, Integration, other entities, Finance and Legal to enable optimal collaboration and implementation for new clients.
You plan, organize and support international sales meetings, workshops, trade shows and events.
You support the introduction of new sales tools and technologies by analyzing trends, providing input and actively shaping the growth strategy.
Requirements
Several years of experience in (international) B2B sales and a strong network—ideally in FinTech, InsurTech or related industries.
Experience responding to tenders, conducting meetings and winning international strategic clients.
Strong cross-functional communication skills, organizational talent and a structured, self-driven working style.
Ability to analyze numbers and understand complex technological solutions and communicate them clearly.
Excellent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken—knowledge of another European language is a plus.
High self-motivation, hunter mentality, intercultural competence and enjoyment of working in an international team.
