About the role
- Validate incoming signals and intelligence outputs for accuracy, relevance, and completeness
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research across fraud prevention, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and trust and safety
- Refine and maintain the Living Graph's taxonomy and ontology
- Layer expert commentary and strategic context across Command dashboards, GTM battlecards, and market briefings
- Conduct interviews, analyst briefings, and buyer demand surveys
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams
Requirements
- You have a strong foundation in research, consulting, market intelligence, or a related analytical discipline
- Demonstrated experience or deep interest in one or more of: fraud prevention, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, or trust and safety
- Comfortable conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Building data visualizations that tell a clear story
- Engaging directly with senior executives in structured briefings and interviews
- Write clearly, think rigorously, and manage your own workload without needing direction
