Lead the cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Engineers, Design, Research, Data Scientists, and Operations teams.
Closely monitor the performance of our web stack and be able to respond to system failures.
Scrutinize and reason clearly about the technology and architecture choices we make. In many cases, you will be the decision-maker for these architectural and technical choices.
Mentor and support other engineers on the team.

Requirements

5+ years of industry professional software development experience as backend / fullstack software engineer
Experience in leading large full-stack engineering projects, preferably having started from scratch and worked through all phases of product development, from planning and design to execution, to launch and monitoring.
Customer obsessed. You put customers first.
Owner’s mindset. You're a self-starter and get things across the finish line.
Strong collaborator. You understand cross-functional strategies and involve key stakeholders in decision making.
Prior experience with React.js or other modern Javascript frameworks (Vue, Angular, Ember, etc) is a plus.
