About the role

  • Build Custom Tooling: Design and develop internal web applications for specific data access.
  • System Integration: Partner with Data & Integrations team to automate workflows and visualize trends.
  • Enhance Security: Build UIs transforming sensitive data into actionable insights.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Collaborate to identify and close process gaps.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in sprint planning and manage backlog of feature requests.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture and runbooks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on building internal tools or B2B applications.
  • Technical versatility with the ability to operate across the stack.
  • Experience querying and integrating with data warehouses, specifically Snowflake, and building APIs to fetch and transform that data.
  • Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to take a high-level goal and break it down into technical tasks and sprints.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira APIs is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and design principles that protect sensitive data.
  • Experience operating in an agile sprint cycle environment.
