About the role
- Own the orchestration of target segments from acquisition to activation, retention, and expansion.
- Design and manage dynamic audience segmentation across marketing tech stack.
- Build, document, and optimize multi-step workflows across marketing automation, SDR platforms, and in-product messaging.
- Ensure clean lifecycle transitions from MQL → SQL → Opportunity with proper routing logic.
- Run structured experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Own and optimize paid growth channels including Search (Google/Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta), Display, and retargeting.
- Work with Rev Ops GTM Engineer to develop, test, and refine AI prompts for agentic SDR workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Revenue Marketing, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience managing CRM and marketing automation systems
- Experience building and optimizing complex segmentation logic
- Proven track record running structured growth experiments
