Project Manager

• Managing construction projects from inception through close-out, ensuring timely delivery, cost effectiveness, and high-quality execution.
• Serving as the primary liaison among Lillibridge leadership, tenants, consultants, and general contractors.
• Overseeing project schedules, budgets, approvals, change orders, RFIs, and contractor payment applications.
• Reviewing contractor submittals, shop drawings, and ensuring accurate and timely responses to RFIs.
• Conducting site inspections, punchlist walkthroughs, warranty reviews, and verifying conformance with contract documents.
• Partnering with property management, leasing, and tenant stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying and resolving issues proactively, escalating when necessary to maintain schedule, cost, and quality targets.
