About the role
- Managing construction projects from inception through close-out, ensuring timely delivery, cost effectiveness, and high-quality execution.
- Serving as the primary liaison among Lillibridge leadership, tenants, consultants, and general contractors.
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, approvals, change orders, RFIs, and contractor payment applications.
- Reviewing contractor submittals, shop drawings, and ensuring accurate and timely responses to RFIs.
- Conducting site inspections, punchlist walkthroughs, warranty reviews, and verifying conformance with contract documents.
- Partnering with property management, leasing, and tenant stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying and resolving issues proactively, escalating when necessary to maintain schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, ideally within healthcare, commercial real estate, or tenant improvement projects.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software; familiarity with construction documentation and scheduling tools.
- Ability to make jobsite visits, climb ladders, and walk large sites as required.
- Strong understanding of construction terminology, means, and methods, including inspection, budgeting, cost tracking, and close-out processes.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including multi-day trips across multiple cities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
