• Key role in developing and managing company-wide GRC structures
• Special focus on data protection/GDPR topics
• Establishment, development and implementation of internal policies, standards and processes with an emphasis on data protection and compliance
• Monitoring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements
• Implementation of technical and organizational measures (TOMs) to ensure data security
• Identification, assessment and management of risks in a national and international context
• Advising and training internal departments on compliance and data protection matters
• Monitoring regulatory developments and deriving appropriate strategic measures
• Analyzing and optimizing internal processes and preparing reports and action recommendations for executive management
• Central interface between executive management, internal departments and external audit bodies
