About the role

  • Serve as the team’s operational backbone: manage and optimize processes, keep tasks moving, and ensure efficient workflows
  • Coordinate what matters: from contract amendments to product updates and SLA management — ensure everything runs smoothly, is properly documented, and no detail is lost
  • Create clarity across teams: act as the central link between Account Management, Sales, Support, and Finance, bringing transparency and speed to all communications
  • Solve before things escalate: identify operational bottlenecks early, think in terms of solutions, and take proactive action
  • Bring structure to growth: scaling SaaS businesses need repeatable processes — help design and implement them for the Paris Account Management team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a coordinating, operational, or process-oriented role
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS workflows (e.g., renewals, product adoption, account processes); Salesforce experience is a strong plus
  • Precise, structured, and able to prioritize while managing multiple open tasks
  • Clear communication skills with both customers and colleagues in French and English
  • Passion for process improvement — you don’t just react, you create and optimize
