Account Executive

• Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
• Handle incoming sales calls, explaining the valued outcomes of Lightspeed solutions to new prospects, primarily within education.
• Provide presentations, prepare quotes, prospect, cold call, follow up with contacts and referrals, and other general sales duties.
• Inside office duties include virtual prospecting via email, phone calls, and other marketing methods, along with virtual presentations via video conferencing.
• Outside office duties include sales calls and presentations, participation in trade shows, and teacher trainings to ensure effective utilization of Lightspeed instructional audio technology.
• Build a network of quality relationships with influencers and top-level decision-makers within the educational community throughout the territory.
• Stay apprised and active in current and future bond projects that could impact the funding of technology for school districts.
• Learn and maintain technical knowledge of products to clearly answer client questions around the functionality of the technology solutions.
• Learn and stay apprised of current instructional pedagogical practices to communicate competently with school district curriculum & instruction leadership and relate them to Lightspeed solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and support calls for existing Lightspeed clients.
