About the role

  • Review closed deals to ensure compliance with Legal, Finance, Information Systems, and SOX requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to Sales team members on deal-related questions.
  • Maintain high data accuracy and process integrity within CRM systems.
  • Review, consolidate, and reconcile orders, contracts, and payments.
  • Process corrections in the CRM as needed, including subscription refunds, pricing adjustments, and invoice tax corrections.
  • Complete general administrative tasks to support internal stakeholders.
  • Support additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Work across tools including Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets, electronic payment platforms, and internal software systems.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative function.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy of customer related data.
  • Good time management, multitasking, flexibility and organization skills.
