Requirements
- BCBA recruitment experience
- 5+ years of clinical healthcare recruitment experience
- BCBA certification (recruitment experience not required)
- Proven ability to source candidates through various channels
- Creativity in discovering and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
- Relationship building with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to thrive in both remote and on-site environments
- Driven and assertive with a passion for learning and evolving recruitment methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
