• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations

Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA – In Center

• Overseeing a caseload of learners by creating, monitoring, and continuously evaluating individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals/plans, making modifications as needed
• Establishing and maintaining rapport with parent(s)/caregiver(s) for each learner on caseload and conducting monthly parent/caregiver trainings in the center, home, or community
• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments for new learners as needed and completing corresponding insurance documents
• Strategizing and communicating with other members of the clinical team for overall center management

Vice President

• Develop and own the multiyear IT / technology roadmap aligned with organizational growth
• Participate in executive planning, contributing technology perspective to business strategy, expansion, and new market entry
• Monitor and analyze emerging trends in health tech, telehealth, data platforms, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity
• Communicate standards, policies, priorities, and foster a culture of digital adoption across staff
• Lead, mentor, and develop the technology organization to support current operations and scale
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, redundancy, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Oversee software application portfolio (EMR, billing, HRIS, etc.) — ensure integration, upgrades, enhancements, and vendor management
• Implement robust cybersecurity, governance, compliance, risk, and privacy frameworks
• Manage cross-organizational changes, training, adoption, and support to embed new systems and ways of working
• Own IT budget planning, forecasting, and return on investment (ROI) assessment
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, vendor performance, evaluations, and renewals

Marketing

• Assist with posting on social media platforms and monitoring engagement.
• Create and design flyers, social media graphics, and event materials.
• Print and distribute marketing collateral to clinics and community partners.
• Create and assemble resource kits for outreach and events.
• Fulfill center requests for business cards, swag, and other promotional items.
• Organize and maintain marketing inventory (collateral, swag, etc.).
• Support event preparation, including material creation and logistics.
• Assist with other administrative tasks to ensure the marketing team operates efficiently.
