About the role

  • Work with Product Managers to refine PRDs and make them engineering-ready. Identify gaps, resolve conflicts, document assumptions, and write clear acceptance criteria.
  • Break features down into well-scoped backlog items that engineers can pick up and build with confidence.
  • Work with PMs to understand customer requirements, and translate those into technical specs that account for critical edge cases and error states.
  • Join customer calls when needed to.
  • Partner with engineers to validate feasibility and refine requirements before work starts.
  • Maintain clarity on what "done" looks like for every piece of work.

Requirements

  • Business analysis, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
  • Implementation or customer success in a B2B SaaS company
  • Product or project management with a technical focus
  • Engineering or QA, with a move toward product
  • Finance operations or accounting systems implementation
  • Experience with fintech, accounting software, or ERP systems (bonus points)
  • Familiarity with API integrations, data migrations, or workflow automation (bonus points)
  • Comfort with SQL or reading technical documentation (bonus points)
  • Experience working with AI/ML-powered products (bonus points)
