Business Development Rep

• Proactively identify and pursue new business leads, focusing on creative revenue streams and aligning with Frost Valley’s strategic goals.
• Convert leads into successful bookings through strategic sales efforts and compelling communications.
• Engage in email outreach, phone calls, and research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Promote Frost Valley programs by representing the organization at camp fairs and community events.
• Monitor sales leads and conversion rates to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to target new demographics and develop strategies for attracting new users.
• Implement recruitment and communication strategies to re-engage past guests, nurture leads, and explore new business growth areas.
• Maintain flexibility with work hours and be willing to travel as needed to support sales initiatives.
• Ensure that all activities align with Frost Valley’s mission and values of respect, responsibility, caring, honesty, community, diversity, stewardship, and inclusion.

Business Development Associate

Controller

• Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support the monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to GAAP and YMCA financial standards.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support schedules.
• Assist with fixed asset tracking, depreciation schedules, and capital project accounting.
• Prepare internal financial reports, variance analyses, and departmental summaries for review by the CFO.
• Maintain organized financial records to support transparency and audit readiness.
• Help implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard Frost Valley YMCA’s assets.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, grant requirements, and YMCA policies.
• Support the annual audit process, including preparation of schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Assist in the development of the annual operating and capital budgets.
• Provide guidance and oversight to accounting staff.
