At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support, system engineering, or infrastructure management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD and general system administration
Experience in network management, server infrastructure and cloud environments
Understanding of IT security principles
Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues in a structured and timely manner
Experience with backup, disaster recovery and system monitoring tools is an advantage
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
Experience documenting technical processes
