About the role
- Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans using MS Project.
- Create, update, and track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
- Monitor progress against baselines and highlight variances, risks, or delays.
- Ensure all project documentation, timelines, and deliverables are consistently maintained and up to date.
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day project activities across technical, product, and customer teams.
- Track action items, risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Ensure project governance standards and PMO processes are consistently followed.
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams, management, and customers.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, weekly status meetings, and steering committees.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change logs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, preferably in technology, telecom, or software delivery environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Project, including schedule creation, tracking, dependency management, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative.
