Project Manager

• Assist in implementing the Pegasus Homes Procurement Strategy, negotiating service agreements, and monitoring Framework Agreements to ensure value for money.
• Coordinate the onboarding, vetting, and financial verification of new suppliers via our system, FixFlo.
• Schedule third-party inspections to ensure strict adherence to statutory deadlines and maintain meticulous compliance records.
• Support the Project Manager in the mobilisation of new properties and the delivery of capital works, including awareness of Section 20 notices.
• Manage heat tariffs and utility contract reporting, raise purchase orders, and resolve contractor queries efficiently.
• Develop document templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive internal efficiencies.
