About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in-person and via telehealth
- Maintain a clinical caseload with schedule autonomy (hybrid, telehealth, full time or part time)
- Document clinical encounters and maintain records in an EMR system
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
- Provide or receive clinical supervision as applicable
- Collaborate with support staff who handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, billing, and payment collection
- Engage in APA-approved continuing education and professional development
- Focus on clinical work while support staff manage administrative and non-billable functions
Requirements
- Providers MUST be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Ability to provide telehealth from a home office (hybrid schedule)
- Ability to work outpatient weekday schedule
- May provide or receive clinical supervision (LCSW/LICSW)
- Must be able to work in locations listed across Massachusetts
