About the role
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Deliver patient-centered care and maintain clinical excellence
- Collaborate as a critical part of the clinician team
- Work in a hybrid model with both in-person and remote sessions
- Maintain flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, weekends optional) and work from locations throughout the area
- Participate in productivity-based compensation and incentive programs as a W2 employee
Requirements
- Fully Licensed in Washington State
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and or couples therapy
