About the role
- Provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs
- Deliver in-person outpatient care at clinic and community locations, and via telehealth when preferred
- Manage flexible schedules and referrals, and transport between client homes, clinic, and community locations
- Document clinical care using computer systems and communicate with clients and staff
- Participate in licensure supervision and collaborate with the clinical team
Requirements
- Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW
- Enrolled in, or a recent graduate of a graduate school/program in mental health
- Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
- Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis
- Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff
- Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals
- Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community based locations
