Provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs
Deliver services in community settings, in-person at clinics, and via telehealth when preferred
Communicate and document client care and treatment in electronic systems
Manage a flexible clinical schedule and handle referrals appropriately
Travel between client homes, clinic, and community-based locations as needed
Requirements
Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW
Ideal candidate enrolled in, or a recent graduate of a graduate school/program in mental health
Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis
Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff
Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals
Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community based locations
