About the role
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adults, children, and adolescents
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven outpatient mental healthcare in clinic and via telemedicine
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists as part of a multidisciplinary clinician team
- Maintain productivity and participate in cash-based incentive and sign-on programs
- Schedule sessions across multiple local office locations and offer flexible/ hybrid hours to accommodate patient needs
- Contribute to clinical excellence, documentation, and continuing education (CEUs)
Requirements
- Fully Licensed in Nevada
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
- Experienced with Adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and/or couples therapy
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
- Ability to work in hybrid in-person and remote outpatient settings
