About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy (children, adolescents, adults) using evidence-based, medically driven treatments
- Deliver services both in-person at clinics and via telehealth from home office
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary support staff who handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and billing
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
- Receive or provide supervision (LCSW/LICSW) and engage in APA-approved continuing education
- Maintain clinical schedule autonomy and focus on patient care while administrative tasks are managed by staff
Requirements
- Providers MUST be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Eligible to practice in Massachusetts (state licensure requirement)
- Ability to provide outpatient therapy to children or adults
- Ability to work Full-Time or Part-Time and hybrid schedule including telehealth from a home office
