About the role
- Provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs.
- Deliver services in clinic, in the community (including client homes), and via telehealth when preferred.
- Use computer systems to communicate and document for clients and staff.
- Manage a flexible schedule and appropriately manage referrals.
- Participate in licensure supervision pathways and professional development opportunities provided by the organization.
Requirements
- Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW
- Education Requirement: Master's degree or enrollment/recent graduate of a graduate school/program in mental health
- Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family.
- Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis
- Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff.
- Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals.
- Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community based locations
