About the role
- Provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs.
- Deliver services in-person at clinic, in community locations, and via telehealth when preferred.
- Document client care and communicate with staff using computer systems.
- Manage flexible schedules and referrals; transport between client sites and clinic as needed.
- Participate as part of LifeStance Health clinical team and pursue licensure supervision when applicable.
Requirements
- Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW
- Enrolled in, or a recent graduate of a graduate school/program in mental health (ideal)
- Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family.
- Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis
- Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff.
- Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals.
- Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community based locations
