About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT or CMHC)
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare and patient care
- Work across Lifestance Health Utah offices (Greater Salt Lake City area)
- Collaborate with clinical team and adhere to clinical excellence standards
- Utilize full administrative support and latest digital technology
- Maintain strong work/life balance in a hybrid schedule
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Need have completed a Master's program and finished the supervision stage.
- Hybrid role
- Child Therapists (open to working some evenings) — not required but a plus
- Trauma Therapists (EMDR certified)
- Family Therapists (open to working some evenings)
- Couples Therapists (open to working some evenings)
