About the role
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven behavioral healthcare in an outpatient setting
- Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Work in-person at Utah clinics and via the company's telemedicine offering
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Participate in supervision and professional development; support associate-level clinicians
- Maintain clinical documentation and contribute to a collegial care environment
- Offer flexible scheduling to support patient access and work/life balance
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Associate Level Therapists accepted; must have completed a Master's program; supervision provided free of charge
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
- Hybrid role (in-person at Utah clinics and via telemedicine)
- Child, Family, Couples, and Trauma specialties a plus (Child/Family/Couples may be open to working some evenings)
- EMDR certification a plus for Trauma Therapists
