About the role
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings
- Provide care in-person at clinic and through digital telemedicine offering
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Use full EMR and latest digital technology (telemedicine)
- Participate in clinical team activities and contribute to clinical excellence
Requirements
- Licensed Therapist credential (LPC, LSW, or ALMFT)
- Holding an active Illinois license (not in process)
- Working with a team and enjoy collaboration
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
