About the role
- Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings
- Work in-person at clinics and via digital telemedicine
- Participate in peer consultation groups and weekly case consultations
- Use EMR system and collaborate with support staff for credentialing, insurance authorizations, and billing
- May provide or receive clinical supervision (LCSW/LICSW)
- Maintain schedule autonomy and potentially hybrid/telehealth sessions
Requirements
- Providers MUST be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office.
