Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools
Use SQL and other programming languages (e.g., Python, R) on large, complex healthcare datasets
Independently lead partnerships with operations, revenue, and clinical stakeholders
Develop and standardize key enterprise-wide performance metrics (KPIs)
Effectively communicate with business leaders directly
Support growth in a data-driven culture by providing hands-on training and support to business users
Lead tactical implementation of data governance initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience (or Master’s degree with 5+ years) in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy
5+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards and data visualizations in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for enterprise-wide use, with proficiency in Power BI required
5+ years of SQL use on large, complex EHR or other healthcare datasets to extract, transform, and analyze structured healthcare data
2+ years of experience independently designing executive-level analytics and reporting solutions
5+ years of experience independently leading analytics engagements with cross-functional healthcare teams
Proven ability to engage stakeholders
Strong healthcare domain expertise
3+ years of experience in cloud-based data platforms
