About the role
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings
- Deliver care both in-person at clinics and through telemedicine
- Manage clinical schedule with autonomy (hybrid, telehealth, full-time or part-time)
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
- Receive or provide clinical supervision (LCSW/LICSW)
- Focus on clinical work while support staff handles credentialing, insurance authorizations, billing, and collections
- Contribute to a team-based clinical environment and attend APA-approved continuing education
Requirements
- Providers MUST be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Ability to provide telehealth from a home office (hybrid schedule)
- Ability to work outpatient (weekday) clinic schedules
- Eligible to work in the locations listed (Massachusetts clinics)
