About the role

  • Provide outpatient mental health therapy in-person and via telemedicine (hybrid).
  • Treat adults, children, adolescents, or across the lifespan.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, medically driven behavioral healthcare.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists.
  • Utilize digital health telemedicine offering and clinic technologies.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and participate in care coordination.
  • Participate in collegial team environment and professional development.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
  • Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
  • Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
  • Licensed mental health therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) credentials required.
