About the role
- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare to patients in outpatient clinic settings.
- Deliver therapy to adults, children, adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Conduct sessions in-person at local Lexington-area offices and via the company telemedicine platform.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team and contribute to patient care plans.
- Utilize digital health tools and receive full administrative support to manage caseload.
- Maintain documentation and participate in clinical processes to support treatment outcomes.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
- Ability to work in-person at clinics and via telemedicine.
- Passion for patient care and commitment to clinical excellence.
