About the role
- Provide high-quality behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting.
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services via in-person and telemedicine sessions.
- Utilize LifeStance digital telemedicine platform and clinical technologies.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists across the clinical team.
- Maintain clinical documentation and participate in care coordination and administrative processes with full administrative support.
- Support a collegial work environment and contribute to clinical excellence and professional growth.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
