About the role

  • Provide evidence-based, medically driven outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Deliver therapy as a licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT focusing on child and adolescent populations.
  • Offer care both in-person at clinics and via telemedicine.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain clinical documentation, coordinate scheduling and ensure quality patient care.
  • Participate in clinic workflows with full administrative support; follow company clinical standards and values.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
  • Experienced in working with child and adolescent populations.
