About the role

  • Provide evidence-based mental healthcare to children, adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting (in-person and via telemedicine).
  • Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare as part of a clinical team.
  • Maintain clinical excellence and contribute to patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians including psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists.
  • Participate in administrative processes supported by full administrative staff.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT).
  • Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
  • Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
